KimJoo-hyuck饰演的HongDoo-shik乃各位街坊心目的‘Mr.Handy’，社区中大小事项，他无所不知，任何邻居之间的秘密，他亦无所不晓。一天，诚实的女牙医YoonHye-jin(严正花饰)搬入此社区，发觉Doo-shik除了是小酒吧的兼职歌手、派报员、速递员、碟店及便利店的助手，更成为她租住房子的经纪和室内设计师！此外，他又是社区代表，更懂得宰牛、自制纸公仔、家乡米酒……当Hye-jin每一天生活也遇上‘通天晓’时，才发现Doo-shik已成为她世界中的一部分，而Mr.Handy亦不知不觉地想起她……当你在家里闲着时，曾想过此时你的邻居又在做什么呢《Tube》导演KangSuk-bum以日常生活为题，联同《Singles》男女主角KimJoo-hyuck及严正花打造这出城市小品爱情喜剧《Mr.Handy》！KimJoo-hyuck及严正花继《Singles》再度合作，今回编导以风趣的桥段及幽默的对白，交代这对邻居男女生活细节中的有趣小事，令观众看得开怀之余，又不失现实感。这里所说的“班长”，可不是我们一般意义上所理解的“班长”，它是指韩国乡镇上最小的行政官职，有点类似于我们中国的居委会干部。影片的主人公洪班长就是这样一个人，且还身兼数职，可以说是个热情且有旺盛精力的男人；而影片的女主人公慧珍则原是一名医生，因种种原因辞去原来的工作，离开了城市，来到陌生的乡镇开私人诊所，并由此结识了洪班长，之后两人之间发生了许多有趣的故事……姜石范和严正花继《单身女郎》后再度合作的爱情喜剧电影。对于严正花，偶是感觉很陌生。但影片一开场就是其踩单车秀身材的一幕镜头，非常之漂亮。似乎严正花就是属于那种穿衣服比脱衣服更值得欣赏的美女，其气质绝不同于一般韩国女星。清清爽爽中又不失性感。本片的故事情节相当老套，还是一个以韩式爱情为架构的电影。但一幕幕桥段却让人倍感温馨和浪漫。在喜剧部分，除了一些自然的搞笑之外，导演更是大大的恶搞了韩国电影《双重间谍》、《生死谍变/鱼》和日本著名恐怖片《午夜凶灵》及美国的《大白鲨》等。至于一段大场面的格斗，则是向香港动作电影致敬了。

Reminiscent of Richard Linklater's Before Sunrise, Ellipsis is refreshing and a great deal of fun, taking full advantage of its improvisational, loose nature. "ALL YOU EVER WISHED FOR" is a fanciful tale of romance, comedy, and Italian charm. It begins in Milan with the abduction of a young American, the son of a wealthy businessman, and a ransom demand.
